Seeside

Today for the first time for a long time (and we are talking years here) I went to the beach, In fact I have spent the whole afternoon there. I am actually tanned basically it looks like I haven`t showered for days, but I know it`s a tan line.

I`d rather be a comma than a full stop.

Yesterday we went to a lake, which was nice, well apart from the fact that because of my sun allergy I had to stay covered up and all I could do is go in the water bare feet (much fun!) Well at least I didn`t have to worry about exposing my body and I looked awesome dressed up!

America

This no shopping might will be easier than I thought (buying accessories and basic T-shirts doesn`t count, right?). I got slightly obsessed with painting T-shirts and other clothes after I bought some fabric paint last weekend. Today`s DIY were these Topshop style shorts! Now I am the first one jumping to shop in Topshop, but since I am in the middle of nowhere and possibly it would cost a small fortune to deliver here and I am also very-very skint at the moment I had to get crafty! I think they turned out pretty well, eh? Sadly the denim seemed to drink up all the white paint like a sponge so it`s not really bright, but apart from that I am happy with the result!

T-shirt song

Yaaayy, I have found something to do!
Today we went to the nearest town and I found some fabric paint and cheap basic T-shirts, so I will be painting tshirts, whoop!
It has always been a much liked way of spending my time, but lately with all my exams and stuff I have been too busy. Now that I have waay too much some time on my hand I can get a bit creative again. I will keep you posted!
On other news in the same town I discovered that they sell mini babybells, and since I am addicted to cheese (cheestrings all the way!) it made my day and manage to eat a whole pack in about 15 mins!

Allein, Allein

So I arrived in one piece! I wouldn`t say it was love at first sight with Germany, but we will work on that. I did`t really seem to fit into the german population in Munich, let alone in the countryside.
Some facts I have learned so far:

• Germans pick their noses. In public.
• They eat weird food.
• They wear weird german clothes (I have seen people in "lederhose") -> fashion in Germany does not exist.

Well these are the most important ones so far.
Today I have been to Augsburg, and managed to spend some money (yaay me), buying some tshirts and a ring. It was nice tho, did some sight seeing and took some pics.

Off to the middle of nowhere

Not wanting to spend my summer being bored at home, I have decided to go to Germany for two months. So on friday early morning I am off to Bavaria, in this little village, population 1000 people. No question it`s gonna be hard, no shopping, no going out, no friends, well lets face it... nothing (good job I will have my laptop with me) I will keep you updated how I survive without everything for 67 days. Wish me luck!
